Frequently Asked Questions
I’m not sure whether the painting will suit my space. How can I request a complimentary visualisation?
Send me a high-quality, front-facing photograph of the empty wall in your home, together with its exact dimensions. I will digitally place the selected painting into the image to scale, allowing you to see how it will look in your space before making a purchase.
How can I buy the painting I have chosen?
You can buy the product you have chosen online by adding it to your shopping cart and then confirming your order or by sending an email to aliztoth.art@gmail.com.
You can also place an individual order by email, which of course requires a lot of negotiation. Occasionally it is also possible to buy the exhibited paintings in person. Please enquire by private message or call me.
How soon will I receive my painting? Do you offer international shipping?
For orders within Hungary, the painting will be dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment has been received. 5-10 munkanapon belül feladásra kerül. Igen, nemzetközi szállítás is lehetségesInternational shipping is available. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination country.
Can I commission one of the paintings shown on the website in a different size or colour palette?
As every painting is a unique, handmade work of art, I do not create exact replicas. However, I would be delighted to reinterpret the atmosphere, colour palette or texture of one of my previous paintings, creating a bespoke piece in dimensions tailored to your home. Feel free to contact me with your ideas, and we can discuss the details together.
How does the commission process work, and what is the payment schedule? How can I request a complimentary visualisation?
The process is very simple: 1. We discuss your vision, including your preferred colours and dimensions. 2. I prepare a personalised quotation. 3. I send you the commission agreement. Work begins once the deposit has been received. You can choose between two payment options: You can pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer, or choose the 50% deposit, followed by the remaining 50% upon completion payment option. The remaining 50% is due immediately before dispatch, once you have approved the completed artwork from photographs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by bank card—although card payments are currently unavailable—or by bank transfer. For online orders, the selected artwork can be purchased directly through the website. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the bank details required for the transfer.
Of course, it is possible to pay in cash on the spot in case of personal receipt.
How should I hang the painting, and does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
Every painting is a unique, original work of art, created on premium artist’s canvas and stretched over a wooden frame. No additional framing is required: the painting can be hung immediately using one or two simple nails, supporting it by the wooden stretcher frame. Every original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by me.
Does the painting look exactly the same in person as it does in the photographs?
I photograph every painting professionally in natural light to represent its colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in monitor and mobile device display settings. If you are unsure, I would be happy to provide additional detailed photographs or a short video of the selected artwork. Personal viewings are also available in Győr by prior appointment.
